The Characteristics of Neutral Lining Mix

This series refractory products are mainly composed of fused corundum which foam a composite spinel with high corrosion resistance under high temperature. 

Its special design make it foam a high strength sintered layer under lower temperature, at the same time it has good loose layer on the backing under high temperature.

Plastic for melting steel


It is Al2O3-Cr2O3 based plastics being with great plastic and adhesive, including good infiltration resistance ability of hot metal. The plastic has high strength after solidified. It can be put into use after hand-made repairing and basic baking.

Repairing of basic furnace lining


Application


It's apply to the repairing and installation of induction furnace working lining, lining top-cap, spout lining and cover lining. It can be put into use in hand-made repairing and basic baking.




Castables for melting steel:


YSJ-1 is Al2O3-SiO2 based series foundry refractory castables, it has high strength of taking high temperature, apply to the cover lining and base precast of induction furnace.

Coil Grout for induction furnace lining of melting steel


The coil grouts include Al2O3 based with purity calcium aluminate cement. 

The coil grout has refractories, insulation and easy troweling. 

It can well stabilized and prevent the coils' from being-damaged during lining dismantle.
